BRICS Summit VI 2014

Important points about this picture:

  1. Together these five countries are almost half the world's population!
  2. Together these five countries are 1/3 the world's GDP!
  3. All these countries have strong natural resource sectors!
  4. Together India and China are the top two gold consumers in the world!
  5. Together these countries are actively pursuing trade settlement outside the USD!
  6. Russia and Brazil are major energy producers and China is a major energy consumer!
  7. China is a global manufacturing powerhouse!
  8. No USA, Europe or Middle East leaders included! (the oil monopoly/petroUSD is broken)
  9. Together these countries are forming an alternative to the S.W.I.F.T. system!
  10. Together these countries are creating an alternative International Monetary Fund (IMF)!

Get Prepared!

North American and European standards of living have already started to change and chances are it will get worse if you do not prepare yourself.

Chances are that the BRICS will create a new currency reserve that will include a partial gold backing. So this means:
  • have some gold and silver in reserve, NOT cash in a bank account!
  • start liquidating retirement funds and isolate your assets from counterpart risk!
  • become food resourceful, have a garden and storage facilities.
  • diversify assets outside mainstream financial system and USD.
  • get clean water source.
  • learn energy efficient living.
  • get in shape and eat healthy natural foods.
  • build community support.

Smart Money is Buying Gold

Five or six years ago, few private investors were very concerned about the price of gold. Then came the financial crisis. When major banks were failing, a sense of apocalypse focused investors' minds on the value of physical assets as never before.
But other factors were at work. The evolution of new investment vehicles and trading platforms suddenly made it easy for private investors to buy small parcels of real gold. With "physical gold" exchange-traded funds, for instance, investors buy shares quoted on the London Stock Exchange, where each share is backed by solid gold stored in a Docklands bank vault. You could buy and sell gold as easily as you could blue-chip shares.   LINK...

Gold Demand Climbs

Gold prices advanced the most in nine weeks as demand for coins, bars and jewelry rebounded following the record quarterly plunge. Platinum posted the biggest gain in a year.

In the second quarter, spot gold tumbled 23 percent, the most since at least 1920 after Federal Reserve Chairman Ben S. Bernanke said that the U.S. central bank may scale back debt purchase this this year. The premium for the metal in China rose to $36 an ounce, the highest since April, according to Tim Gardiner, a managing director at TD Securities Inc. in New York.

Comex gold inventories fall 32% in five months in bullish shake down

The day when gold is priced by the supply and demand of the physical metal rather than paper future prices in the Comex trading pit is coming closer, and with it a return of much higher gold prices.

A short history on gold in the past 100 years. We've had many changes in the way gold is represented in the financial markets, and surely some major changes are coming to the gold market in the years ahead. Will we come full circle and return to some kind of "gold standard" again? Possibly, but either way it's obvious to me that gold is a very important reserve asset for central banks because currencies come and go, but gold is forever.    BK

  • 1920's Stock Market Boom.
  • 1929 Stock Market Crash.
  • Depression begins.
  • Pre-1933 we had a gold standard, gold fixed at about $22/oz.
  • Post-1933 a gold adjustment of about 50%, gold fixed at $35/oz.

Physical gold and silver in our "U-Vault Account" has NO worries in this regard. If you want true safety of your assets and full liability insurance, try storing your wealth in precious metals. It has the best track record of wealth protection than any other currency or investment in the history of the world. The fact is that even the FDIC has recently announced that gold bullion is a 0% risk-free asset like cash or US Treasuries. The big difference is that unlike the $250,000 limit FDIC offers on cash deposits, our U-Vault Account offers full value 100% insurance of your assets, whether it's $1 Million or $50 Million on gold or silver bullion. Why store your wealth in a bank that doesn't insure your money for full value? If the FDIC says that gold bullion is as good as cash then why not store your wealth in gold?   BK

How About a Fort Knox of Your Own?

USD Headed For Rapid Collapse

By: Daryl GuppyCNBC Contributor
The lower the U.S. dollar the greater the intensity of currency wars. The break below the key uptrend line on the Dollar Index chart was an early warning of the third round of quantitative easing (QE3). The most important question now is to use the chart to examine the potential downside limits of a QE3 weakened U.S. dollar.   LINK...

Remember, it's not about GOLD, it's about the USD losing confidence as the world's reserve currency. Who would have confidence in a currency that is being created to bail out failed institutions, buy mortgages and support a ghost of a manufacturing sector? The FED is working against you to take away your standard of living and dignity in retirement. S. Korean Central Bank Bought 16 Tonnes of Gold in July

Author: Christine Kim
Posted: Thursday , 02 Aug 2012
Increased volatility in the global financial markets and falling confidence in the U.S. dollar have persuaded central banks to diversify their foreign reserves away from the U.S. currency and government debt securities.
Central banks became net gold buyers in 2010 for the first time in two decades and have remained buyers since, with an easing of prices this year helping the cause to accumulate more of the safe-haven reserve asset.
South Korea is Asia's fourth-largest economy and its foreign reserves of more than $300 billion ranked the seventh in the world and were equivalent to about 30 percent of its annual gross domestic product.
Gold accounted for 0.9 percent of the value of South Korea's total foreign reserves at the end of July, up from 0.7 percent a month earlier, the central bank said. The total book value of its gold holdings was at $3.0 billion, it added.
The South Korean central bank said it now ranked 40th in the world in gold holdings at the end of July, up from 43rd in June.

Investor Stakes Life on Gold

Dear readers,

We are celebrating!
It has been two years since we were interviewed by the Windsor Star about our business, and I would just like to re-cap on a few points from the article, "Investor Stakes Life on Gold."
  1. Gold was trading in the $1,200/oz range back then and hit a high of $1,925/oz in 2011 and is now trading in the $1,580/oz range. The bullish trend is still in tact.
  2. Our business has grown by many multiples since 2010 and we expect continued growth in the years ahead. We have introduced new services like the "U-Vault Account" and a successful radio show, "Gold Radio Cafe."
  3. Generally speaking equity markets have returned 3-4% since July 2011 and gold has returned over 30%.
  4. Political, financial and economic conditions around the world are worse now than in 2011, which  builds the case for much higher gold prices in the near future.
  5. We are facing a period in history where the entire monetary system is changing and gold will be the ultimate store of value and safety, as it has always been in troubled times.
Thank you for your continued support to all my valued customers.

Sincerely,
Bosko Kacarevic
